Rental Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the rental of vehicles provided by ZIVO Rentals. By renting a vehicle, the customer agrees to comply with the policies described below.
1. Rental Eligibility
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Valid driver's license required
- Passport or government ID required
- Valid payment method required
2. Driver's License
Drivers must present a valid driver's license issued in their country of residence.
3. Additional Drivers
Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and must be registered in the rental agreement.

- PayPal
- Zelle
- Cash App
- Venmo
- Stripe
- Cash upon vehicle delivery
5. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category and rental duration.
6. Insurance & Damage Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
- Collisions
- Scratches
- Tire damage
- Windshield damage
- Interior damage
7. Vehicle Use
Vehicles may only be used for personal transportation.
- No racing
- No illegal activities
- No driving under the influence
- No sub-renting
8. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered.
9. Vehicle Return
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
10. Delivery & Pickup
Vehicle delivery and pickup is available at:
- Punta Cana International Airport
- Hotels & Resorts
- Private Residences
11. Traffic Violations
The renter is responsible for all traffic tickets, tolls and parking violations.
12. Accidents
In case of accident the renter must notify ZIVO Rentals immediately and contact local authorities.
13. Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be modified or cancelled depending on availability.
